This is possible within the first 30 days from the day your account was opened.

Our refund policy does not apply to any additional items or services such as: Statistic Services; personal control panel for managing your account; SSL secure server functionality; MSSQL, etc. In addition, the refund policy does not include Domain Registration services. Refund policy also does not apply to the accounts terminated due to bulk mailing, spamming, software distribution, using adult content and suing server resources. To annual the service under these terms, you have to contact 24/7 support by submitting a email form.

If you decide to cancel your account within the initial 30 day period, you will receive a refund on the hosting fees deducting the domain cost as per the rates prevailing. The domain registration fees cannot be cancelled, however arrangements can be made to transfer the domain name to your new provider.
Hosting accounts discontinued or terminated as a result of abuse or violation of the Service Agreement (such as Spam, illegal software, warez etc.) will not be refunded and will not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee.
If you request for refund for balance in domain funds or amount paid to register the domain or hosting and not registered or created, Rs.100 will be deducted for service charges if you provide your bank account details. If you need cheque to be sent to you Rs.200 will be deducted from the amount paid.
Setup fees (if any) and Domain Registration/Renewal Fees are non-refundable. Money Back Guarantee is aimed at Hosting Plans.
Refunds issued to credit cards may take up to 2-10 days and will be reflected in your next month credit card statement.
Accounts cancelled/terminated for violation of the Acceptable Usage Policy will not qualify for the money back guarantee.
FTP hosting does not come under money back guarantee.
